At PatPat, we want you and your little ones to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your items, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your PatPat account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return to receive your Return Authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the clothing is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

• 3.
  Ship Items Back

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
